Easy to install High Performance Steet & Strip High Performance Distributor. Features a special compact bowl design with spring clip distributor cap hold down OEM Female tower cap that fits locations where a bulky distributor will not. Perfect distributor for a crate engine or replacing a old factory distributor. The shorter shank height allows it to fit under a stock steel hood on a street car. This is a perfect distributor for a crate motor or to replace an old factory distributor.
Features a CNC Machined 6061 T6 Billet Aluminum Body with a centerless ground shaft that rides on an upper and lower sealed roller bearings for smoother operation at high RPM and long life. The fully adjustable mechanical advance is patterned after the race proven Mopar Performance® design. A high output Chrysler magnetic pickup and reluctor wheel ensures a strong error free signal and maximum performance at all RPM levels and is compatible with Mopar Performance® or aftermarket CD ignition control boxes.
Adjustable Vacuum Advance canister allows you to dial in more economy while cruising at light load. Both cap and rotor are molded in high quality 30% glass filled polyester (PBT) that offers both high impact and dielectric strength while resisting carbon tracking. The cap contacts are brass and the rotor spring is stainless steel for long term mechanical conductivity.
